Now that the sale is final I’ll give it to you straight— this only works if you do your part too.

Building the website isn’t the hard part for most businesses. The hard part is writing your About section, getting me access to your domain, or waiting on someone from the board to send their headshot. I need you (or whoever you delegate) to be my partner on the inside — the one who makes sure everything One Up needs makes it to my inbox.

To make sure your site reflects your business (and not just a generic template), you’ll need to:

• Complete the onboarding forms with your best effort.
• Be available to answer questions and approve decisions quickly.
• Complete the Pre-Build Checklist.
• Show up ready to go on Build Day.

The more you can tell me about your business between now and Build Day, the better. Start with the onboarding form below — it’s meant to be quick and conversational. Don’t fill it with AI slop, and don’t stress if you skip a question you don’t have an answer for yet.

You’ll receive an invite to the Client Portal soon (check spam). Inside, you’ll find your checklist and a place to upload photos and documents so we have everything needed to build you a site that actually represents you.

If you have any questions at all feel free to reach out to Alice (Ai) and she'll make sure to get the message to me (Dakota) if she can't answer it. I'll never stonewall you with Ai so that you can't get a human to answer your questions but you might be surprised at how knowledgable she is.
